Harris Lindsay is a continuation of a company established in 1967, firstly as Phillips & Harris, then as Jonathan Harris and for the last ten years as Harris Lindsay. Following the retirement of Jonathan Harris in 2007, the business is now owned by Bruce Lindsay and Marieke MacMahon.
We deal very broadly, in English, Continental and Oriental works of art of all kinds and periods. The company has always been known for its eclecticism and for an interest in the historically significant and the unusual.
We exhibit each year at The European Fine Art Fair (TEFAF) in Maastricht in March, and the International Fine Art and Antique Dealers' Show (IFAADS) in New York in October.
Amongst our clients are over sixty museums and public collections all over the world.
We are members of the British Antique Dealers' Association (BADA) and the Confédération Internationale des Négociants en Oeuvres d'Art (CINOA).
